The Company

"Telecommunications, Organization of news reports and documentaries, Technical services..."

VITC is a unique structure, specializing in the management of satellite transmissions, always at the heart of new technologies, and a forerunner in the use of new HDTV, 4K and 8K television formats.

Commissioned by Japan's national broadcaster NHK to manage retransmissions from Europe, Africa and the Middle East, VITC installed the first teleport in Europe in 1988 and manages the world's largest contribution network for television.

From the outset, our activities have also included the organization of news reports and documentaries. We supply the necessary equipment and associated logistics.

Our teams have covered all the major international events from the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 to the most recent ones. They continue to be involved in the field daily.

VITC has been entrusted with executive production for all NHK 8K shoots at the Louvre Museum, Musée d'Orsay, Château de Versailles, the Breakdance Battle Of the Year Festival, etc.

Long experience

Today, the major 4K programs broadcast live in prime time by NHK from Europe are produced by VITC's technical teams using the new Ultra Low Latency SST transmission technologies.

Backed by its technical expertise and technological lead, VITC is making its mark in satellite and IP transmissions dedicated to events.

In the sophisticated technical services sector, VITC stands out by providing highly specialized personnel and equipment adapted to complex services.

VITC is responsible for the largest private teleport in France, with a fleet of 14 satellite dishes located at the Palais des Congrès. VITC provides permanent satellite reception services for TV5 and NHK.

The largest medical congresses call on VITC for its reliability and ability to carry out difficult international operations.

The Sienna environment, with its NDI technology, has recently been added to our centralized multi-room management system, and its power enables us to better serve all our new needs in terms of congress production and broadcasting.
